Bike delivery locations: In Utsjoki, we’ll deliver the bike to your door at 10am in the morning and we’ll come back and pick it up at 6pm. This can be anywhere within 3km of Utsjoki centre. This includes Arctic Resort, Hotel Utsjoki, Lomatärppi, Lomakylä Valle, Airbnb’s, etc.

Utsjoki is a very compact town, but the walking distances can be very long. Especially staying in some of the resorts a few kilometres out of the town. It can take an hour to walk to the village. What better way to have the freedom of Utsjoki than to rent an electric fatbike and go explore at your own pace. With five different levels of electric assist, you can ride these no matter how bad your cardio is. Just pedal very lightly and let the electric motor do the work. You can cycle down the scenic Teno river road or cycle to Utsjoki church a few kilometres south of the village..or both. Fatbikes were invented for snow, they are a world away from trying to cycle in snow on a normal bicycle like when you were a kid. Our fatbikes have a nice fat saddle, front suspension and quite upright seating position, so it’s a very comfortable ride even if you haven’t been on a bike in 20 years. Simply make the booking for the day you want the fatbike and we’ll deliver them to your accommodation at 10am and you can start riding right from your door. At 6pm we’ll come round to pick the bikes up again. It couldn’t be simpler. Our bikes also have good lights front and back so no need to worry if it gets dark out while you are out. These bikes are also available to rent in other seasons, if you would like them in spring/summer/Autumn, give us a holler.
